How does the voice message work?

After you order, we message you on WhatsApp. You send us a voice note — a sweet word, a song, a story. We install it in a small module hidden inside the plush: one squeeze of the paw and your voice plays.

How long can the message be?

The voice module records up to 25 seconds. That's plenty for a lullaby, a birthday wish or a declaration.

How long does delivery take in Morocco?

Every gift is personalised by hand: we usually prepare and deliver it within 3 to 7 days, anywhere in Morocco. We keep you updated on WhatsApp at every step.

How much is delivery?

Delivery costs 30 MAD to any city in Morocco. The amount is shown in your cart before you order.

Do I have to pay online?

No. Plushy works with cash on delivery only: you pay the courier in cash when your gift arrives.

Do the outfits fit every plush?

Yes, the studio outfits are made for our standard-size plush toys. The 140 and 160 cm giant teddies can't be dressed.

Can I add a card with a note?

Yes, and it's free: write your message in the last personalisation step and we'll include it with the gift.
